Here at Irvine Adult Transition Program (IATP), our staff work with students to increase and maximize their independence in the areas of Education/Training, Employment and Independent Living Skills though Community Based Instruction (CBI). Our programming philosophy is designed to meet the needs of students with disabilities ranging between the ages of 18-22. We provide a full continuum of student internship opportunities both on-site, and off-site and at local businesses. We are proud all of our partnerships in the community and are continually adding partnerships every year! During the school year, there are several parent training opportunities and social events for students including Adult Service Provider Night, ongoing collaboration with Irvine Police Department (IPD), a school dance, and lastly graduation for students exiting our program.
Welcome to IATP and we look forward to a prosperous year of growth and independence in the 2019-2020 school year!
